What Is Covered

• Defective parts are replaced free of charge where the damage results from a manufacturing defect or component failure
• Repair or replacement is completed within 7 days of notification
• Hydraulic system — 1-year warranty
• Electrical system — 6-month warranty (batteries excluded)
• The warranty period starts from the delivery date

Shipping Costs

Customers outside Bangkok may return goods via a private courier with payment collected on delivery, covered under the 1-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Technotic Co., Ltd. is not responsible for damage caused by repair, modification or replacement of parts without the company’s approval, nor for damage arising from negligent use or accidents.
